Our Online Owner Builder Courses are designed for individuals who have experience in using computers and the internet, and wish to complete the Owner Builder Course in as little time as possible.


Our Correspondence Owner Builder Courses are designed for individuals who prefer to complete a hardcopy Assessment Workbook (as opposed to Online Assessment).

Once you have completed the NSW Owner Builder Course, you will need to complete a Fair Trading Owner Builder Permit Application Form, and submit this completed Form at a NSW Fair Trading Centre to obtain your NSW Owner Builder Permit.
